Ms. Mariyam Saaima holds a Bachelor in Shariah and Law (Hons) and Masters in Law.
Mr. Abdulla Khizam
SENIOR ACCOUNTANT
Mr. Abdulla Khizam joined Solarelle Insurance in 2016 and is currently fulfilling the role of Senior Accountant. He has 8 years of experience as an accountant. He began his career in 2014 in the Mercury Institute of Management, Sri Lanka; working Management Accounting, Financial Accounting, Performance Management, etc. After which he moved to accept opportunities from other companies to accumulate his experience before joining Solarelle Insurance.
Mr. Zakariyya Easa
MANAGER - HUMAN RESOURCES AND ADMINISTRATION
Mr. Zakariyya Easa is an experienced HR and Admin Manager who has been with Solarelle Insurance since 8th August 2022. His qualifications include a Masters of Business Administration, and a Bachelors Honours Degree in International Hospitality and Tourism Management. His previous work experience includes a variety of roles, including: Group Director Training and Development, Crown and Champa Resorts Pvt.Ltd Executive Inventory Manager, Sonee Hardware Pvt.Ltd - Leading Hardware Company General Manager, Cyprea Marine Foods Pvt.Ltd General Manager, Vakarufalhi Island Resort Resident Manager, Helegeli Island Resort, etc.
Mr. Ibrahim Jaulaan

Mr. Ibrahim Jaulan joined Solarelle Insurance in 2018 and is currently fulfilling the role of Assistant Sales Manager. He has a total of 4 years of experience in the insurance industry.
Mr. Lakshitha Fernando
ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER - REINSURANCE
An ambitious transformational leader with 17 years of expertise in reinsurance and insurance, Lakshitha is committed towards developing people & business models in competitive market conditions. He joined Solarelle Insurance in 2021, heading the reinsurance arm with a passion to drive the company to the next level. Mr. Lakshitha holds the Master’s in Business administration from the University of Gloucestershire (UK) & Cert CII from Charted Insurance Institute (UK). Prior to joining with Solarelle Insurance Pvt Ltd, Lakshitha Started his career with the 3rd Largest General Insurance company in Sri Lanka during 2005 “ Janashakthi Insurance Company Limited & after 3 years of excellent service record in reinsurance he has been selected to joined with one of the worlds renowned insurance brands Allianz. Over 12 years remarkable track record with Allianz Insurance Lanka Limited Under the Capacity of Senior Manager Technical / Reinsurance he holds many key roles as pioneer member behind various implementations in Technical / Reinsurance areas in the German Multinational company in Sri Lanka. He was awarded with Director’s award titles in two years during his career for the contributions towards Allianz Lanka. During his tenure at Allianz Lanka, he gained his expertise under reinsurance operations, Property, Engineering, Specialty underwriting functions. Some areas in which he headed are Allianz SL Mid Corp Property implementation project for pricing, risk management, project on implementing Global Underwriting models in Sri Lanka, IT Project on Asia core system for insurance operations. In a nutshell he was mainly engaging with Reinsurance pricing on various models & structuring various reinsurance programs with most innovative methods based on the complex market conditions. During his career Lakshitha has travelled many countries & gained extensive experience with vast network across the globe with understanding in many international insurance & reinsurance markets via conferences, international trainings and various leadership programs.

Ms. Aaliya Mohamed joined Solarelle Insurance in 2016 and is currently fulfilling the role of the Senior Sales Manager with a total of 10 years of experience in the insurance industry. She is currently pursuing an Associateship of The Malaysian Insurance Institute (AMII).

Ms. Najudha Waheed joined Solarelle Insurance in 2016 and is currently fulfilling the role of Assistant Manager of Underwriting/Technical with a total of 9 years of experience in the insurance industry.
Mr. Prasad Sanjeewa

Mr. Sanjeewa has over 17 years experience in the Insurance industry during which time he previously worked in Ceylinco Insurance Sri Lanka and Ceylinco Insurance Maldives. During his career, he acquired comprehensive knowledge of all General Insurance underwriting, Claims Management, settlement as well as aspects of Reinsurance. He is an Associate of Indian Insurance Institute. He joined Solarelle Insurance in 2016 and he is heading the Technical Department.
Mr. Ahmed Haamyn Hussain

Mr. Ahmed Haamyn Hussain joined Solarelle Insurance in 2018 and is currently fulfilling the role as Sales Manager with a total of 7 years of experience in the insurance industry. He has previously worked in other insurance companies as a Marketing Executive.
Ms. Khadheeja Hidhaaya
SYSTEM ENGINEER/IT
Ms. Hidhaaya joined Solarelle Insurance in 2019 as an IT Technician, and currently performs the roles of a System Engineer. She performs as both a System Engineer and Head of the IT Department and is highly skilled in Cisco Networking, Computer Science, Windows Server, Virtualization and Windows 10. Ms. Hidhaaya is focused in Computer Science and is pursuing further in this field. She has also completed a Certificate of the Malaysian Insurance Institute (CMII) to elevate her knowledge in the insurance industry.
Ms. Fathimath Zeena

Ms. Fathimath Zeena joined Solarelle Insurance in 2021 and is currently fulfilling the role as Assistant Manager of Human Resources and Administration. She is pursuing her studies in Business Management from the University of West of England.
Mr. Ahmed Munawwar

Mr. Ahmed Munawwar joined Solarelle Insurance in 2016 and is currently fulfilling the role as the Senior Claims Manager. He is currently pursuing an Associateship of The Malaysian Insurance Institute (AMII). Mr. Munawwar is a Conscientious Claims Manager who adeptly applies managerial experience to various claims processes including staff management. He is motivated with years of progressive experience, energetic self-starter and team builder. He navigates high-stress situations and achieves goals on time. Mr. Munawwar is result-oriented with more than11 years of experience in the field of insurance.
Mr. Ahmed Nuhaam Hussain

After joining in October 2017, Mr. Nuhaam Hussain has been in the Insurance Industry for the past 5 years. Nuhaam Holds Bachelors in Business Management and Economics. Within a span of 5 years, Mr. Hussain has climbed from Sales Associate position to Sales Manager due to his work ethic. Mr. Hussain focuses on specializing in Insurance and Economics in the future and plans on helping the company to grow to new heights.
